OverviewBiteNow is a real-time deal distribution platform that allows restaurants and takeout businesses to post time-limited offers (“DealDrops”) and allows users to discover and redeem those offers.BiteNow is not a booking platform, coupon provider, or guarantee of customers or sales.⸻2. General UseYou agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.You may not:
• Abuse, exploit, or manipulate deals or redemptions
• Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systemWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.⸻3. User Terms3.1 Deal UsageDealDrops are:
• Time-limited
• Subject to availability
• Controlled entirely by the restaurantUsers may only have one active deal at a time unless otherwise permitted.Deals may expire, change, or be removed at any time without notice.⸻3.2 RedemptionTo redeem a deal:
• A valid QR code must be presented before expiration
• Each QR code represents one userIf multiple users are present, each must have their own valid QR code.⸻3.3 ResponsibilityBiteNow is not responsible for:
• Restaurant service, quality, or experience
• Refusal of service due to misuse or expired deals
• Any disputes between users and restaurantsAll disputes must be resolved directly with the restaurant.⸻3.4 AbuseAny misuse of the platform, including repeated abuse of deals or attempts to manipulate the system, may result in account suspension or permanent termination.⸻4. Restaurant Terms4.1 Platform UseRestaurants use BiteNow to post time-limited DealDrops at their discretion.Restaurants are fully responsible for:
• The accuracy of their offers
• Managing availability and redemption limits
• Honoring all valid DealDrops⸻4.2 Deal RequirementsAll DealDrops must:
• Be exclusive to BiteNow
• Not replicate existing daily specials or in-store promotions
• Be honored for any user presenting a valid QR codeRestaurants must allow:
• Multiple redemptions per table
• One redemption per valid user (QR code)⸻4.3 Responsibility and LiabilityThe restaurant bears full and absolute responsibility for:
• Honoring deals
• Customer experience
• Any disputes arising from DealDropsBiteNow is not liable for any restaurant-related issues, disputes, or losses.⸻4.4 Subscriptions and PaymentsRestaurants may be required to subscribe to access features.• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time
• No long-term commitment is required
• Access continues until the end of the billing periodPricing:
• BiteNow may change pricing at any time
• No pricing is guaranteed or protectedFree trials or promotional periods:
• Are offered at the sole discretion of BiteNow
• May be modified or removed at any timeAll payments are:
• Processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• Non-refundable unless otherwise stated⸻4.5 TerminationBiteNow may suspend or terminate any restaurant account at any time, for any reason.Restaurants may stop using the platform at any time.In certain cases, BiteNow may provide notice (e.g., 30 days), but this is not guaranteed.⸻5. Location and AvailabilityService availability varies by location.BiteNow does not guarantee:
• User traffic
• Deal visibility
• Market activity in any specific area⸻6. Limitation of LiabilityThe Service is provided “as is.”BiteNow is not liable for:
• Lost revenue
• Missed opportunities
• Expired or unavailable deals
• Any indirect or incidental damagesUse of the platform is at your own risk.⸻7. Changes to the ServiceBiteNow may:
• Modify or discontinue features
